  • Ron is the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer with the firm of Estate & Pension Advisory Board in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Ron has over twenty five years of experience in the areas of finance & accounting.

  • Ron handles all financial matters of the firm as well as overseeing the firm's benefit programs and coordinating the management of the programs with the service providers handling the benefit programs for the firm. In addition, Ron heads the trust accounting department which is responsible for reconciling plan assets as part of the annual valuation process and provides internal IT support for computer equipment and software.

Daniel W. Boland

  • Dan Boland is an Enrolled Actuary with over 20 years of experience with all aspects of Defined Benefit Plans including expertise in Cash Balance Plans for small business owners. He has significant experience with owner-only Cash Balance plan designs as well as Cash Balance plans that are combined with 401(k) Profit Sharing Plans.

  • Dan graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 1995. He is an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (FCA), and Member of the Society of Pension Actuaries (MSPA).

  • Dan began his actuarial career at a large national pension consulting firm where he worked for over a decade completing actuarial work and consulting with clients on defined benefit plans ranging in size from 300 to 20,000 participants. He then gained experience on the administration of defined benefit plans working in the defined benefits department at one of the largest mutual fund companies in the world. Over the past nine years he has worked with CPAs and Financial Advisors to implement defined benefit plans including cash balance plans for small business owners.
